John Ong is a seasoned educator with nearly 30 years of distinguished experience. A Singaporean, he earned his First Class Honours Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore (NUS) under the Government Scholarship, followed by a Master of Education in Educational Research and Management from Monash University, Australia. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a certification in Educational Leadership from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore, with deep expertise in A-Level, IGCSE and IBDP curricula.

He began his career in Singapore’s public education system, participated in NIE’s Educational Leadership Programme, and served as a Quality Assessor for the Ministry of Education. With evaluation and consultancy experience across over 25 schools, he excels in building school excellence frameworks and strategic development.
