Mrs. Nicola Tribe is a highly respected figure in education, known for her outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication to academic excellence. With over ten years at Adcote School for Girls, she was appointed Headteacher in September 2024, following a distinguished journey through the school’s senior leadership—from Assistant Head to Deputy Head—earning the trust and admiration of staff, students, and parents alike.
A specialist in science, Mrs. Tribe has consistently delivered exceptional results in the classroom. Under her guidance, every student she taught achieved grades between A* and B—an extraordinary accomplishment that reflects both her deep subject expertise and her inspirational teaching style.
Her earlier roles at Adcote saw her lead on assessment, learning strategies, and Sixth Form development, while also maintaining her passion for teaching science. She previously taught at Bridgnorth Endowed School and began her career as a Graduate Structural Engineer, bringing a unique analytical perspective and problem-solving mindset to her work in education.
Now as Headteacher, Mrs. Tribe leads with vision, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose—championing high standards, student wellbeing, and a vibrant, forward-thinking school community.
