Ms. Han has 36 years of experience in education management and 11 years in international education. She was the founding Chinese Principal of Dulwich International High School Zhuhai and now serves as Deputy Principal of Adcote School Shanghai.

She is well versed in integrating Chinese and Western education, and highly experienced in student pastoral care and child protection systems. She always puts students first. With a background in English and psychology from Beijing Normal University, she led her school to win recognition as a Guangdong provincial model school for psychological education. She has integrated psychology into the moral education curriculum and built a school-family-community support model. Her related work was approved as a provincial-level research project, and her school was named a national pilot school.
