Mr. Li Yuan, originally from Jiangsu, graduated in 1990 from Nanjing Normal University's Department of Political Education with a Bachelor's degree in Law. He served in the Bright Scholar (Country Garden) Education Group for 22 years. During this time, he held positions such as Assistant Principal at Guohua Memorial Middle School and Vice Principal at Guangdong Country Garden School. He has experience in all management positions within a school, except for the General Affairs Supervisor. In 2013, he founded the second 15-year IB international school of Country Garden, the Jurong Country Garden School, and served as its Principal. In 2015, he was recognized as an Outstanding Manager of Country Garden Group and was named the most innovative Principal of private schools in Jiangsu Province for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016. In February 2018, he joined the Ray Education Group as Vice President and Principal. She is an officially certified Australian education planner (certification number BSBEDU301A) and a registered education planner with the Shanghai Self-Funded Study Abroad Industry Association. She is also a certified college consultant by US NEWS. Ms. Xu Fei is the initiator of the 'Mock Career Challenge' for youths.
She has been featured and commented on study abroad trends and information by several media outlets including the 'Global Times' and 'Hurun Report'. The principal at Adcote School in Suzhou brings a rich tapestry of nearly 30 years in the realm of international education, both in teaching and administration. She also serves as a mentor for professional degree master's students at Zhejiang Normal University. In 1994, she joined Bright Scholar Education Group, where she ascended through various roles, including the Academic Director at Guangdong Country Garden School, Principal of the Academic Department at Jurong Country Garden School, and later as the Vice Principal. In 2017, she pioneered the founding of the Changzhou Foreign Language School Bilingual School, leading as its inaugural principal. In 2020, she joined the Shanghai Ray Education Group as the Assistant Principal of the China Region and the founding principal of Zhejiang Adcote School, successfully launching Adcote's global campuses.

Since joining SMIC School in 2008, he has served as the principal and executive board member of the Beijing and Shanghai schools for 13 years, with a strong focus on innovative education and character development of students. Dr. Zhou has established international K12 schools in various global cities including Taipei, Bangkok, and Jakarta, bringing extensive experience in overseas school management.
